I am a *huge* Python fan. This is the most beautiful computer language I have learned, out of maybe 100 (it happens when you get old and forget to stop learning new languages). However, I don't think Python has a place in the CipherShed fork of TrueCrypt, other than perhaps in build and test automation. I don't want to ship a Python interpreter with the standard CipherShed install. Note that I did convince my current employer to ship Python in their install, but our products have nothing to do with encryption or security. I just can't justify the security risk.
