Does these vulnerabilities pose a real threat?
For me, it sounds like only people with a high skills in programming and good knowledge around the TC code could, **possibly**, access a TC volume.

They do not seem to pose a great threat immediately, but are nonetheless issues that will be resolved in CipherShed; first and foremost the AES issue, I would presume, which currently seems more annoying than one may think.
