Do you guys want this forum to be only about CS, and it's development, or do you want it to have areas of general security discussion etc. that attract visitors and popularize this site and this effort?

If you want the attention, I see every day many interesting articles about Heartbleed, Mac goto bug, etc., that I can put here, if you all want. It's up to you. I can be like a news aggregator (as a regular user, not as an admin).

I think the categories could be more clear, such as:
Rules/Joining (suggest your talent / talents we need)
Asking the Team a question
Short Term Goals
Long Terms Goals
Cooperation Issues
Status Updates
General Security/Privacy Discussion
Security and Privacy in the News
Off Topic (area for everything else)

I like some of those ideas. Let's do some of those.

I think adding a help section would be a good move, since the original TC forum was basically in place for peer-to-peer help, it's what TrueCrypt users will expect to find, and looking here will hopefully be a natural progression for them.
