Support ReactOS or document what is missing to run TC

There was failed attempt to mount TC volume in ReactOS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohx05I5RqRs.

Please test what methods are missed to run TC on ReactOS, may be fix...

Written completely from scratch, ReactOS is not a Linux based system, and shares none of the UNIX architecture.

This seems like it might be difficult, although they are trying to be binary compatible. I've never used ReactOS nor know much about it. You could always inquire on the developers mailing list to see if anyone else is familiar with it.
