Split container files into parts

Advantages:

• Ability to store large volumes on filesystems that have a file size limit (FAT has a 2 GB file size limit).
  
• Ability to backup your CipherShed to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. who carry different file size limits (think it's at or around 25 megs).

Disadvantages

• Confuse some users (dead simple is often better in security)
